I am a  research scientist who specializes in human data. My career focuses on individual differences: People differ in their cognitive abilities (memory, attention, problem solving), and these differences correlate to many real world tendencies and behaviors.

This type of work is multifaceted and requires both experimental and correlational research techniques. In general I use regression and multivariate techniques (factor analysis, structural equation modeling) to build theoretical positions, and then followed up with more traditional ANOVA-based experiments in which I can test specific hypotheses. ​
